Life decisions are often made on holiday. Gaining a fresh perspective and having those chats with your significant other inspired by numerous glasses of something chilled 🥂
It was on such a holiday that my husband and I had the “There’s got to be more to life than this” chat. We plotted, planned and bought a holiday home in SW France.
This could possibly be our forever home once retired…
2 years later we had another “There’s got to be more to life” chats and decided f**k it we’re doing it.
We now live here, in a village called L’Arbre 🌳 where we are sweatily renovating our house & garden. Might you be interested in our journey? A project management budgeting tool perhaps?

And here is a picture of our house before we started bashing it about, the barn to the left of the house was a dirt floor agricultural space and even bigger than the house. Not bad for €90k:
